Over the Stream, By the Miill: an antique reproduction | Mojo Stitches
Reproduced from a teeny-tiny, antique, petit-point picture from Prague (say that 10 times fast!), this charming scene is reminiscent of Delft tiles. The calming colourway and the gentle landscape subject were such a pleasure to stitch and to inspire some moments of rest. I hope stitching it brings you some moments of peace too.
Stitch count: 74w x 69h
Floss used: DMC 823, 517, 813, 3752, 762
Fabric: 40-count ‘Barb’s Blend’ from R&R Reproductions
Stitched 1 over 2Â using full crosses only. I stitched mine on 40-count (to make it charmingly small), but it will look equally lovely on lower count fabrics.
