Haunted – 2 versions of chart included! | Kathy Barrick
designer’s note Sometimes when I’m designing, I’m shocked at how large a piece turns out to be. It’s not intentional, but just kind of happens. That was the case with Haunted. It seemed to grow larger and larger all by itself! SoI consolidated the design bit and got it down to a more reasonable size. Then decided I should do another version using my favorite parts of the original. At one point I decided to do another smaller version with the tree as the focal, but I couldn’t seem to make that one work well. So there are two included with this pattern!
The larger sampler is stitched on 40-Count Ancient Ruin from Fox & Rabbit using Needlepoint Silk. The smaller sampler is stitched on 40-Count Seaweed, also from Fox & Rabbit. It uses Needlepoint Silks as well.
Needlepoint Silks used in the SMALLER sampler are: 311, 315, 316, 476, 851, 963, 964, 966, 976, 992, 993. For the LARGER sampler, please ADD: 135, 205, 312, 692, 693, 695, 721, 988.
The larger sampler stitch count is: 291 Wide by 171 High.
The smaller sampler stitch count is 161 Wide by 171 High.
